Traditional chest rigs are often bulky and overbuilt. The Delta Chest Holster removes unnecessary material while preserving structure and durability, resulting in an ultra-lightweight, modular chest carry platform that stays slim and purpose-driven.

Built around a 12-layer Tegris® Delta-shaped chest plate, the system delivers exceptional strength, weather resistance, and a very low-profile form factor. The Delta geometry provides balanced load distribution without excess bulk, making it well suited for environments where waistband carry is impractical—hiking, backpacks, cold-weather layers, vehicle travel, motorcycling, and active outdoor movement.

The Delta system (CHP-DELTA) is available in multiple configurations: a stand-alone plate with webbing, or a complete kit including the plate, webbing, and a 945 Industries holster made from precision-formed 080″ Kydex.

The plate’s hole spacing is engineered for maximum modularity. It accepts 945 Industries holsters once the Velcro panel is removed, using the same attachment points already built into the holster - allowing existing customers to repurpose their holsters without adapters. It also supports Safariland QLS and Blade-Tech hole spacing for cross-brand compatibility.

The Delta chest plate is fully ambidextrous. Reversing the plate allows configuration for left- or right-handed shooters without additional hardware.

A three-strap adjustable webbing system secures the plate to the body and fits a wide range of builds, from small to very large. Elastic inserts in the side straps allow natural movement while maintaining a comfortable, secure fit. For slimmer builds, the plate can be slightly contoured to follow the natural curvature of the torso for improved comfort.

Hardware is selected for strength and minimal weight. The main snap buckle is made by Duraflex, while additional buckles are constructed from 12-layer Tegris® to match the plate’s rigidity.

The Delta Chest Holster will be offered in multiple color and finish combinations, including black and silver hardware paired with black or silver-toned plates. The silver finish features a carbon-fiber-inspired texture with subtle titanium notes, offering a technical, premium appearance.

By eliminating excess bulk and heavy injection-molded components, the Delta platform remains exceptionally lightweight while maintaining strength and versatility.
