Order Fulfillment and Shipping Information

• Made-to-Order Holsters:
  All holsters are made to order, with a lead time of 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that light-bearing holsters require additional manufacturing time, so please allow an extra 5 business days for processing.
• Shipping Timeline:
  Once your product ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping typically takes 4-5 business days on average.
• Tracking Your Order:
  Once your order is released for shipping, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can track your shipment via UPS/USPS or through our “Track Your Order” section on our website.
• Non-Holster Orders:
  Even if your order does not include a holster, it is still subject to a fulfillment process of 2-3 business days before shipping.
• Satisfaction Guarantee:
  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product, and we will refund the purchase price of the goods. Returns are free—we will provide a return shipping label to make the process as easy and convenient as possible.
