Returns and exchange

When sending in a return or exchange, please note the following:

Condition Requirements:

  • The product must be unused, with no signs of wear, and all original labels attached.
  • If the product shows significant signs of wear or damage, the return or exchange may be subject to refusal.

Exchanges:

  • If you are exchanging the product for a similar product of equivalent price, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the replacement to you.
  • If you wish to exchange a product for another with a price difference, you will need to make a return and place a new order for the desired product. A return shipping label will still be provided for the initial return.

Processing Time:

  • It will take 2 to 4 business days for your return or exchange to be entered into our system.
  • Once your request is entered, you will receive an email notification confirming that the process has begun.

For refunds, you will only be notified once the refund is completed or if additional information is required.

  • After being entered into our system, your return or exchange will take an additional up to 2 weeks to process through production and replace your item, if applicable.
  • Order Cancellation:
  • You may submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply contact us at HELP@945Industries.com, and we’ll assist with your request.
