100% would recommend. It makes carrying a spare mag a way better experience. Without it, you have to fumble around to find your spare mag & have to worry about it falling out & whatever else, the mag holster gives you some extra security.
Elastic is not strong enough to fully support a full size gun causing it to sag.
I have this bag and the SPIRE X-Pac both size small with kydex holsters in Black. The QAPS bag is constructed with materials that feel thicker. When worn, the QAPS feels a little heavier than the SPIRE X-Pac. Both bags are very similar but have a couple of differences. For the SPIRE, the quick access pull tabs/handles are longer and it seems to be made of lighter material. The SPIRE has a very small logo tag. The QAPS With Velcro bag comes with a removeable logo patch and when removed there is no brand name showing on the bag. Both bags are good for daily use. The zippered outer pockets are the same on both bags. If I had to choose I would pick the QAPS Cordura bag as it feels better built to take some minor abuse. I only have one regret, and that is not ordering shoulder padding for both bags. I only ordered one with my initial purchase. It would be convenient to have shoulder padding on each bag. The shoulder padding is appreciated, especially when worn for long hours.
This is my first off body carry bag. It’s perfect! It carries all the essentials. 10/10 would buy again!
Not same quality as the bags unfortunately.
Attaches well inside the shoulder bag, and it keeps the weapon secure! Easy tobunholster when needed.
The holster is absolutely high quality and am confident it will last for years.
It works great with my Eberlestock Bando bag (standard) and the P365 with optic. I also use a Trayvax wallet, Kershaw Irdium and Macro Streamlight. IPhone and airpods
I wear this on the regular. It’s comfortable and appropriate.

The holster is perfect. Great fit and easy draw. And I really appreciate the shoulder pad! I’ve been using a fanny pack set up so carrying over the shoulder is taking so getting used to.,,but I’m liking it!

The large bag is big enough to fit a g17 and 19. Looks like a lululemon bag.
