I already had a bag from 945 and loved it, but I bought a new CCW pistol and just needed the holster. Unfortunately, this particular brand/model was not listed as available for the standalone holsters, even though it did show as available if I bought another bag. I got hold of them through chat and explained the situation, they told me to order the holster for any model, email them with the order number and the correct model holster I needed, and they would get me taken care of. Flash forward about a week, I received the correct holster and much more quickly than I had expected, given the lead times clearly shown on the website! I love my 945 gear!
