One thing I would change, is get rid of the torso strap and instead, use a simple, short strap to attach to one’s belt.

I bought a waist pack from another company, but if I wore it cross-body, the pistol was at serious risk of just falling out using the crap retention they included. I got a velcro holster that they meant to solve this, but the strap defeated the grip safety and didn't hold securely. This Kydex holster is perfect. Retention is exactly what I need. There is no wasted material, so it fits perfectly. The velcro panel is large enough to hold securely, but no bigger than it needs to be. It is rare that I buy something that is exactly suited to purpose, but this is it. Highly, highly recommended.

Works great, super comfortable, high quality bag and holster. It's everything I wanted it to be for conceal carry with fast access
Wish the extra pockets were a tad bigger but that's because mine doubles as a dad bag so I carry diapers and wipes.

Quality is good, but the strap is to short. If you are any bit of a broad shouldered guy, then this thing will feel like it is a necklace. I wear it like a Fanny pack which works well. I wish they would make the strap longer of give you an extension.

Since acquiring this concealment pouch, I have discontinued the use of other pouches, as it has become my preferred choice.

Great bag, I had the original Large bag, but with a Glock 19 with a red Dot, Radian Comp and Extended Mag, it barely fit. I had to perfectly place the holster in the correct place to make sure parts of the bag doesn’t snag. And with the gun the bag could barely fit anything else especially a spare mag, keys and slim wallet. With the XL I no longer have that issue. I can swapfrom my Glock to my P365 Macro with no need to find a sweet spot for the holster. Now can fit a spare mag and other edc items in the bag.

Excellent, exactly what I was looking for. I will say this spend the extra and get kydex holster. I will be picking one up soon.
