Great bag, but...

I purchased this bag for two reasons. One was to carry concealed, and the second was to free up my pocket space from items like my wallet, phone, and flashlight. While the bag is made with great quality materials and is easy and quick to deploy my CCW, my main issue is with the strap. I carry this bag as a cross body chest pack as I see most people do. That being said, the strap just digs into my neck which causes me a great deal of discomfort and pain from the constant rubbing. I just wish the pack would come with the comfort shoulder pad instead of having to order that part as an extra item.

Straps are way too short. Needs to be stated in product info.

The straps that come with it are way too short. You should have a chart or something that shows the length the bag will sit. Had to wait weeks for shipment. Then for it to get here and can’t even fit the bag to sit comfortable. Had to purchase extended strap and wait again. Not very satisfied with this purchase.

The bag itself is a great idea but I ordered the Q.A.P.L bad in order to cart a full size Glock 10mm and the largest bag on here is still slightly to small for me to get a quick draw and the zippers hang up at the top of the slide and the bottom of the mag (with no extra attachments) i now have scratches on my slide and gouges in the bottom of my mag. I now have to oder a different holster and am in the same position of not being able to carry my 10mm
