Order Fulfillment and Shipping Information
- Made-to-Order Holsters:
All holsters are made to order, with a lead time of 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that light-bearing holsters require additional manufacturing time, so please allow an extra 5 business days for processing. - Shipping Timeline:
Once your product ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping typically takes 4-5 business days on average. - Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is released for shipping, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can track your shipment via UPS/USPS or through our “Track Your Order” section on our website. - Non-Holster Orders:
Even if your order does not include a holster, it is still subject to a fulfillment process of 2-3 business days before shipping. - Satisfaction Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product, and we will refund the purchase price of the goods. Returns are free (Limited to U.S.) — we will provide a return shipping label to make the process as easy and convenient as possible. - International Orders:
All international shipments are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by their country upon delivery.
If the customer refuses to pay these charges and the package is returned or abandoned, the return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
