945 Industries Affiliate Program Terms and Policies
Effective Date: June 2026
These 945 Industries Affiliate Program Terms and Policies ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the 945 Industries Affiliate Program and the actions of affiliates in promoting 945 Industries products and services.
945 Industries is represented by 945Industries.com, a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Georgia, and registered address at 2200 Norcross Parkway, Suite 265, Norcross, GA 30071 ("945 Industries", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By applying to the Affiliate Program, using an affiliate link, sharing a coupon code, publishing affiliate content, or otherwise participating in the program, you accept and agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms.
1. Definitions
1.1 "Affiliate" or "you" means an individual, sole proprietor, company, publisher, creator, media owner, or other entity accepted by 945 Industries into the Affiliate Program.
1.2 "Affiliate Program" means the 945 Industries partner program through which Affiliate may earn commission for eligible referred sales.
1.3 "Affiliate Link" means a unique tracking link assigned to the Affiliate for the purpose of identifying traffic and sales referred by the Affiliate.
1.4 "Coupon Code" means an approved discount code assigned by 945 Industries to a specific Affiliate, where applicable.
1.5 "Customer" means a person who purchases products from 945 Industries through the website using the Affiliate Link or another approved tracking method.
1.6 "Qualified Sale" means a completed purchase that:
a) was made by a new or existing customer validly attributed to the Affiliate;
b) was fully paid;
c) was not cancelled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, self-referred, or in breach of these Terms; and
d) complies with all program and platform rules.
1.7 "Program Materials" means banners, product images, product feeds, text, videos, brand assets, approved messaging, and other materials made available by 945 Industries for affiliate promotion.
1.8 "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, trade names, logos, product names, copyrighted assets, designs, images, videos, content, and other proprietary rights owned or licensed by 945 Industries.
1.9 "Confidential Information" means all non-public information disclosed by 945 Industries to the Affiliate, including commercial terms, program strategy, product launches, performance data, partner lists, and internal marketing materials.
2. Eligibility and Acceptance
2.1 To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must apply through an approved platform, form, email process, or direct invitation and provide accurate, complete, and current information.
2.2 945 Industries may approve, reject, suspend, or remove any applicant or Affiliate at its sole discretion and without obligation to justify.
2.3 You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. If any information changes, you must promptly notify us.
2.4 We may request additional information, including identity verification, website or traffic source information, business details, payout details, tax information, or other supporting documents.
2.5 We may require KYC, compliance review, or additional screening before approving, continuing, or reactivating participation in the program.
3. Program Structure
3.1 The Affiliate Program is intended for approved publishers, creators, bloggers, reviewers, media owners, niche websites, email publishers, loyalty partners, deal partners, and other approved promotional partners.
3.2 Standard commission structures, special commission tiers, category-specific terms, limited-time bonuses, or custom partner arrangements may be offered at our discretion.
3.3 945 Industries may provide performance-based commission increases. Standard commission levels may range from 7% up to 15%, depending on partner quality, traffic source, sales volume, promotional methods, and monthly performance.
3.4 We may also operate special sub-programs, including coupon partner offers and other promotional models, under separate conditions.
4. Affiliate Obligations
4.1 The Affiliate must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, advertising standards, disclosure obligations, consumer protection requirements, privacy requirements, and intellectual property rules.
4.2 The Affiliate must promote 945 Industries truthfully, responsibly, and in a way that protects the brand.
4.3 The Affiliate shall have no authority to:
a) bind 945 Industries in any way;
b) enter into any agreement on behalf of 945 Industries;
c) represent itself as an employee, agent, legal representative, or exclusive partner of 945 Industries;
d) offer warranties, guarantees, or claims on behalf of 945 Industries;
e) misrepresent product capabilities, shipping, returns, legal use, or product performance.
4.4 The Affiliate may only use Program Materials that are:
a) supplied by 945 Industries; or
b) independently created by the Affiliate and approved in writing by 945 Industries when required.
4.5 If the Affiliate does not use Company-provided materials, the Affiliate must ensure that all self-created materials are legally compliant, do not infringe third-party rights, and accurately represent the brand and products.
4.6 Affiliates must clearly disclose the commercial relationship where required by law or platform rules, including making it clear that affiliate links or paid promotion may generate compensation.
5. Approved and Restricted Promotional Methods
5.1 Approved promotional methods may include:
a) content websites and blogs;
b) product reviews and comparison content;
c) YouTube and video content;
d) social media content;
e) newsletters and emails to permission-based audiences;
f) niche communities where promotion is permitted;
g) creator partnerships;
h) approved coupon and deal placements;
i) other methods specifically approved by 945 Industries.
5.2 Prohibited promotional methods include, without limitation:
a) false or misleading advertising;
b) spam in any form, including email spam, DM spam, forum spam, or comment spam;
c) misleading redirects or deceptive landing pages;
d) fake reviews or undisclosed sponsored content where disclosure is required;
e) impersonation of 945 Industries;
f) using 945 Industries branding in a way that suggests official ownership or official brand account status;
g) use of copyrighted or licensed images, videos, music, or designs without proper rights;
h) use of offensive, unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or unsafe content;
i) cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake leads, bot traffic, incentivised traffic not approved by us, adware, toolbars, or fraudulent attribution tactics;
j) unauthorised use of coupons;
k) use of another affiliate's coupon code, link, or assigned discount structure;
l) reselling or reposting Company creative assets beyond the scope of authorised promotion.
6. Search, Brand Bidding, and Paid Ads
6.1 Paid advertising is prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by 945 Industries.
6.2 Without prior written approval, Affiliates may not:
a) bid on the brand name "945 Industries";
b) bid on variations, misspellings, branded product terms, or confusingly similar keywords;
c) use 945 Industries in display URLs, final URLs, subdomains, domain names, or social handles misleadingly;
d) run ads that appear to be official brand ads;
e) direct-link paid traffic to the 945 Industries website.
6.3 Violation of paid ads rules may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6.4 A separate CPA / Google Ads arrangement may be offered only under a dedicated written agreement or separate CPA program terms.
7. Coupon and Discount Policy
7.1 Coupon promotion is only permitted where the Affiliate has been expressly approved for coupon or deal traffic.
7.2 Where applicable, 945 Industries may operate a coupon-focused model under separate commercial terms, including, for example, a 5% commission with a 5% customer discount.
7.3 Affiliates may not use:
a) unassigned coupons;
b) leaked internal coupons;
c) influencer codes not assigned to them;
d) employee, ambassador, tester, or private codes not intended for affiliate traffic.
7.4 If an Affiliate uses another partner's coupon or manipulates coupon attribution, 945 Industries may reverse commissions, suspend the account, or terminate participation without payment.
7.5 945 Industries may use internal monitoring methods to investigate coupon misuse and attribution abuse.
8. Commission and Payment Terms
8.1 Affiliates may earn commission on Qualified Sales validly attributed to them according to the tracking rules of the relevant affiliate platform or internal system.
8.2 Standard commission rates may range from 7% to 15%, depending on performance and partner type, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8.3 945 Industries may run temporary promotions, bonuses, seasonal incentives, and custom terms.
8.4 Product economics may vary. Affiliates should note that:
a) average order value for many single-product purchases is generally $150+;
b) bundle offers may average $240+ or more.
8.5 Commissions are payable only on Qualified Sales and are not payable on:
a) cancelled orders;
b) refunded orders;
c) chargebacks;
d) fraudulent transactions;
e) self-purchases unless expressly approved in writing;
f) transactions generated in breach of these Terms;
g) orders attributed to prohibited paid search or unauthorised coupon abuse.
8.6 Minimum payout is $50.
8.7 Payouts are generally made once per week, subject to platform processing, fraud review, return periods, and administrative verification.
8.8 The current payout method may include PayPal, unless another method is agreed upon by 945 Industries.
8.9 If tracking, attribution, fraud screening, chargeback review, or policy review is pending, payment may be delayed, adjusted, withheld, or reversed.
8.10 945 Industries reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout schedules, bonus structures, and category terms at its discretion.
9. Lifetime and Repeat-Customer Attribution
9.1 Where expressly stated by 945 Industries in writing or in the platform, certain Affiliates may qualify for repeat-customer or lifetime attribution.
9.2 Any such lifetime or repeat-customer model is subject to:
a) valid platform tracking;
b) customer retention of attribution;
c) absence of fraud or policy breach;
d) continued participation of the Affiliate in good standing.
9.3 945 Industries may suspend, revise, or discontinue any repeat-customer or lifetime attribution model at its discretion unless otherwise fixed in a signed written agreement.
10. Marketing Compliance
10.1 Affiliates must ensure that all advertisements and content are clear, fair, and not misleading.
10.2 Affiliates must not make claims such as:
a) guaranteed results;
b) guaranteed protection or guaranteed performance;
c) false urgency;
d) claims that cannot be substantiated;
e) misleading comparisons;
f) false product availability claims;
g) false pricing or discount claims.
10.3 Affiliates must avoid fear-based, deceptive, or manipulative marketing practices.
10.4 Affiliates must comply with channel-specific rules, including those of social media platforms, email providers, ad networks, marketplaces, and content platforms.
11. Brand and Intellectual Property
11.1 All Intellectual Property is and remains the exclusive property of 945 Industries or its licensors.
11.2 We grant the Affiliate a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use approved brand assets solely for participation in the Affiliate Program.
11.3 The Affiliate shall not:
a) alter logos misleadingly;
b) create confusingly similar branding;
c) register domains, handles, pages, or trademarks confusingly similar to 945 Industries;
d) present itself as the official brand.
11.4 Upon termination of participation, the Affiliate must immediately stop using 945 Industries Intellectual Property and remove all brand references where reasonably requested.
12. Confidentiality
12.1 During participation in the program, Affiliates may receive Confidential Information.
12.2 The Affiliate shall keep Confidential Information strictly confidential and use it only for the purpose of participating in the Affiliate Program.
12.3 The Affiliate shall not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent.
12.4 The Affiliate shall promptly notify 945 Industries of any suspected unauthorised use or disclosure of Confidential Information.
13. Monitoring, Audits, and Enforcement
13.1 945 Industries may monitor affiliate activity, traffic sources, ad placements, coupon use, content, and promotional methods to ensure compliance.
13.2 The Affiliate shall provide reasonable information upon request, including traffic source explanations, screenshots, ad copies, placement examples, domains, and other supporting details.
13.3 If a breach is suspected, 945 Industries may:
a) issue a warning;
b) request correction;
c) suspend tracking;
d) withhold commissions;
e) reverse transactions;
f) terminate participation;
g) seek other available remedies.
14. Term and Termination
14.1 Participation in the Affiliate Program begins when the Affiliate is approved and continues until terminated by either party.
14.2 945 Industries may suspend or terminate participation at any time, with or without cause, and with immediate effect.
14.3 Grounds for termination may include:
a) policy violations;
b) fraud or attempted fraud;
c) misleading advertising;
d) unauthorised paid search;
e) coupon abuse;
f) false information;
g) brand misuse;
h) legal or compliance concerns;
i) inactivity;
j) reputational risk.
14.4 On termination, the Affiliate must cease all promotion and remove brand assets if requested.
14.5 Unpaid commissions connected to breaches, fraud, prohibited activity, or non-compliant traffic may be withheld or forfeited.
15. Indemnification
15.1 The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 945 Industries, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of:
a) the Affiliate's participation in the program;
b) the Affiliate's breach of these Terms;
c) infringement of third-party rights;
d) unlawful or misleading promotional practices;
e) misuse of brand assets or coupons.
16. Limitation of Liability
16.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, 945 Industries shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the Affiliate Program.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
17.1 These Affiliate Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
17.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Affiliate Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Georgia.
18. Modifications
18.1 945 Industries may update, modify, or replace these Affiliate Terms at any time.
18.2 Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19.2 Program materials, banners, videos, and other creative assets may be made available through the official 945 Industries partner resource folder or other channels designated by the Company.
19.3 If an Affiliate requires clarification before promotion, the Affiliate is encouraged to request the detailed policy in writing.
20. Marketing Compliance Checklist
Before publishing any promotion, the Affiliate should confirm:
a) the content is clear and not misleading;
b) the channel allows this type of promotion;
c) affiliate disclosure is included where required;
d) pricing, discounts, and product claims are accurate;
e) no prohibited keywords, brand bidding, or coupon misuse are involved;
f) all images, videos, and music are properly licensed or supplied by 945 Industries;
g) the promotion complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
